Payments
TP German Auto Spares accepts secure online payments through approved third-party payment providers including PayFast and PayFlex.
All online payments are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways. TP German Auto Spares does not store customers’ card or banking details on its servers.
Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully confirmed.
PayFlex Payments
Eligible customers may choose PayFlex at checkout to split payments into interest-free instalments, subject to PayFlex approval and terms.
TP German Auto Spares is not responsible for PayFlex approval decisions, payment schedules, penalties, or account management handled by PayFlex.
Customers using PayFlex remain bound by all TP German Auto Spares policies, including returns and shipping policies.
Shipping & Delivery
TP German Auto Spares offers nationwide delivery across South Africa through The Courier Guy and approved courier partners.
Shipping fees are automatically calculated during checkout based on product size, weight category, and delivery location.
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and may vary depending on stock availability, courier delays, or regional access.
Certain oversized or heavy items such as engines, gearboxes, and large body parts may require custom freight quotations before dispatch.
Customers may also choose in-store collection where available.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed during business hours once payment has cleared.
TP German Auto Spares reserves the right to delay or cancel orders in cases involving:
- Incorrect pricing
- Stock shortages
- Suspected fraud
- Supplier availability issues
- Incorrect customer information
Customers will be notified should any issue arise with their order.
Returns & Refunds
Customers must inspect products upon delivery.
Returns may be accepted for incorrect or damaged items reported within 7 days of receiving the order.
Electrical parts, control units, computer boxes, and special-order parts may not be eligible for return unless proven defective.
Refunds are processed only after returned items have been inspected and approved.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by TP German Auto Spares.
