Returns & Refund Policy

NO RETURNS on electric part/s, tyre or shock/s

• Part/s correctly supplied – NOT refundable
• Part/s will only be released once payment is cleared in
  TP German Auto Spares bank account.
• If client has aready replaced part/s elsewhere only a credit note will be passed.
• Engine/s sold with starting guarantee – fitment only within 3 days, unless arranged with management.
• We accept no liability for loss of part/s during courier transit.
• Refunds by EFT only, and at management discretion
• NO CASH REFUNDS
• NO INVOICE, NO CREDIT, NO GUARANTEE, REFUND OR CREDIT for eletctrical parts.
• A credit note valid for 3 months will be issued in case goods are returned.
• 20% handling fee will be charged for goods exchange or returned.
  Supplier/s: 3 days to replace incorrect part/s supplied
