The CHZ 1.0 TSI air intake manifold is a 3-cylinder plastic manifold designed for EA211 engines, commonly found in VW Polo 8, Audi A1, and T-Cross models (2017–2021+). It often features an integrated intercooler or air-water heat exchanger for optimal turbocharger efficiency. Common issues include, but are not limited to, melted or faulty gaskets.
